There are some kinds of exercises that you can do even you are only at home so you do not need to go to the gym or somewhere to do exercise. Simple exercises at home that you can do on leisure time are push up, sit up, skipping, squats, dancing, and some other exercises. Definitely, you have known about sit up and push uh and also about how to do them. Doing skipping at home routinely can make your body healthy. It needs an instrument such a long rope and it also can help you to gain height if you do this routinely.

Squats are also simple, it does not need any instrument you only need to do this fast. You need to keep your body in balance while doing squats. If there are stairs in your house, you can go up and go down the stairs 10 times a day. By doing that exercise, you can burn lots of fat inside your body. Dancing is also fun because you can do exercise and listen to the music. It is really effective for you to burn the calories inside your body and to shape your body. It can also make your mood better. You can do those exercises at homes such as in your garden or balconies.
